1. Client Needs Validation

Client Needs Validation:
Cerius services specialist will work with you to identify your specific business needs and challenges to determine the requirements and expertise needed in the right executive. This also includes completion of an online workstyle assessment to ensure the executive is a cultural fit further ensuring a successful engagement.

2. Executive Identification

Executive Identification:
Cerius talent team will assess our expansive network of executives to identify the top candidates that meet your requirements, cultural fit, and availability.

3. Introductions and Interviews

Introduction and Interviews:
Cerius services specialist will present profiles and introduce to you the best fit executive candidates for consideration. Through your conversations with the executive(s), they will further identify specific needs, deliverables, and timelines for the engagement.

4. Selection

Selection:
We provide additional guidance to help you with your decision. You select the executive that best fits your needs, requirements and culture.

5. Statement of Work

Statement of Work:
We will document the specific scope, goals, deliverables, and timeline (if applicable) for your engagement with the executive. Upon SOW approval, an appropriate start date will be determined.
