Barriers to Strategy Execution: This is an excellent executive report. Crisp, very relevant and timely information – well done. It’s consistent with some interesting findings from the Kaplan-Norton ‘Strategy Execution’ program I attended a few months ago.

• 85% of the executive team spends less than 1 hour a month discussing strategy
• 60% of organizations do not link budgets to strategy
• 5% of workforce understands their companies strategy
• Only 25% of the managers, have incentives linked to overall strategy
